Problem with sleep, especially with fast falling asleep
affect many people. It can complicate our plans, because it is hard to be
effective and full of energy all day if we sleep bad. To avoid this situation, I have a few tips what should we do to sleep better:
- Choose the right mattress that will give you a
comfort.
- Buy bedding made of natural material, for example
cotton or linen.
- Take care of silence and peace. You can cover the
shutters to create complete darkness.
- Ventilate the room. Fresh air and a large amount of
oxygen make it easier to fall asleep.
- The ideal temperature for sleep is 18-21 degrees of Celsius.
- Do not drink coffee or tea before bedtime. Eat the
last meal at least three hours before going to bed.
- Try to go to the bed always at the same time.
- You can make something that relax you, for example,
you can listen to classical music.
If you make all these things, I’m sure that you will
sleep better and in the morning you will be well-rested and with a lot of enthusiasm
to be effective at work.
